The Language Institute offers ESL courses that help increase English proficiency levels and prepare students for academic
programs. It is strongly recommended that students with low English proficiency levels complete the entire ESOL program
prior to enrolling in any university academic program of study. For academic information visit the Academic Advising
department at the old education building in main campus or make an appointment by calling (956) 882-7362. For
financial aid information visit the Financial Aid office at main campus Tandy building, office #206 or call (956) 882-
8277. For information about The Language Institute, visit our office at the ITEC Campus, Suite D3A, Office #106,
or call (956) 882-4178.
